Vertical pipeline magnetic pump is a new type of pipeline pump developed on the basis of the experience of horizontal magnetic pump. It is mainly composed of three parts: pump, magnetic drive and motor. The magnetic drive is composed of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances, drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieve non-contact transmission of power, and transform the dynamic seal into a static seal. The pump shaft and the inner magnetic rotor are closed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, so that the pipeline magnetic pump solves the problem of "running, taking, dripping and leaking", eliminates the safety hazards of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the refining and chemical industry, and effectively ensures the physical and mental health and safe production of employees.
